We have created this page to give you an idea of some of the things you will need to think about when planning your Event, Wedding or Party Childcare. Event Childcare have developed this guide after many years of working in the childcare industry.

Event Childare and Covid 19
2020 was the year that changed so much to so many.
We are committed to making sure that we provide a sanitary and safe play zone for every child that spends time in our care.
We have sanitisers and sprays, toys are cleaned thoroughly before, during and after every event.
Please let us know at time of booking if you would like your event nannies to wear masks.
Please notes all nannies will take a lateral flow test on the morning of each event.
We are constantly watching to see what the World Health Organisation (WHO) are advising, and we will adhere to any rules and regulations that they put in place.

Staff:Child Ratios 2021
To comply with EYFS, the number of nannies to children is:

| 0 - 2 years | 1 : 3 |
| 2 - 3 years | 1 : 4 |
| 4 - 8 years | 1 : 6 |
| 9 - 12 years | 1: 8 |
If you are using an Event Childcare Mobile Crèche, there will be a Crèche Manager outside of the Adult : Child Ratio.

Meters:Child 2022
For an Event Childcare Mobile Crèche or if you are booking a separate room for the event nannies and children, you will need to make sure there is enough space to comply with EYFS regulations. The space required is:
